All volunteers, staff, vendors, and tablers arrive for check-in, briefing, t-shirt distribution, and station assignments. Vendors and tablers report directly to their assigned locations to begin setup.

NAACP Education Committee Convening Private
Small, invite-only convening hosted by the NAACP Education Committee for approximately 20–25 leaders. Held in a private room separate from main Summit setup and attendee flow. Self-contained side activation — will not interfere with general programming.

All tables, vendor stations, and activations must be fully set up and staffed by 11:00 AM. No setup activity once doors open at 11:30. With 800+ RSVPs confirmed, the door-opening window will be high-volume and fast-moving — the venue must be presentation-ready before attendees enter.
